RETURN POLICY

At Efforro, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and order number are required for all return requests.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@efforropk with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Refunds will be processed within a certain number of days upon receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

Change of Mind Returns

If you receive your order and decide that you no longer like the product, you may request an exchange.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping charges of the replacement item.
  • The replacement product will be dispatched after the original item has been received and inspected.

Refund Requests

If you do not wish to exchange the product and request a refund:

  • The item must first be returned to Efforro at the customer's expense.
  • Refunds will only be processed after the product has been received and inspected.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Six-Month Tarnish Warranty

  • Efforro offers a 6-month warranty against abnormal tarnishing, discoloration, or blackening under normal usage conditions.
  • If your jewellery experiences verified tarnishing within 6 months of purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Broken or bent jewellery
  • Scratches
  • Improper handling or storage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lost or stolen items

Products damaged through misuse or accidental damage are not eligible for replacement or refund.
